SKYLINE TINT LLC Effective Date: July 9, 2026


These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.skylinetintkc.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by SKYLINE TINT LLC (“Skyline Tint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.


1. Our Services

Skyline Tint provides automotive window tinting, residential and commercial flat-glass tinting, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and related services in the Kansas City area.


2. Quotes and Estimates

Prices quoted through the Site, by phone, or by text are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide (such as vehicle year, make, model, and requested services). Final pricing may be adjusted after in-person inspection of the vehicle or property, including for factors such as glass condition, removal of existing film, or vehicle-specific complexity. We will confirm any price change with you before starting work.


3. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by text. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings. Estimated service durations are approximate; we will let you know if a job requires additional time.


4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

When you opt in to text messages from SKYLINE TINT LLC — by submitting our website form, texting our business number, or otherwise providing consent — you agree to the following:

  • Program description: messages include replies to your inquiries, quotes and quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, job status updates, and review requests. Where you have given separate, optional consent, we may also send occasional promotions or offers.

6. Workmanship and Film Warranties

Film manufacturer warranties and our workmanship warranty terms will be provided at or before the time of service. Warranty coverage may vary by product line and service type, and it does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, or modifications after installation. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase for warranty claims.


7. Vehicle and Property Condition

You are responsible for disclosing known issues with your vehicle or property glass (such as chips, cracks, aftermarket tint, or defroster damage) before service. Removal of pre-existing film or repair of pre-existing damage may involve additional risk and cost, which we will communicate before proceeding.


8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, images, logos, and graphics — are owned by or licensed to SKYLINE TINT LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using automated means for unlawful purposes.


9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
